We deliver across the UK and to international destinations. The options shown at checkout depend on where your order is going.
Services shown for your order
Some destinations offer a choice of Standard or Economy delivery and DHL Express. Other destinations have one available tracked service.
Clear price before checkout
Add products to your basket, choose your delivery country, and the site will calculate the available services and final delivery price for that order.
Large orders
Large orders without an automatic delivery option need a manual/custom quote. Contact us before paying and accept the quote through the secure link provided for your customer details, items and destination.
Gifts and recipient details
Billing and delivery addresses may differ, so you can shop for yourself or send a gift. Provide the recipient's name, email, telephone and complete address so delivery can be arranged.
Tracking and international charges
DHL is our delivery provider. Tracking information is included in the dispatch email where available. Use the service description shown at checkout for delivery estimates; customs can cause delays.
Destination authorities or carriers may impose customs duties, import VAT/taxes, fees or quarantine charges. These are separate from our checkout charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Check local import restrictions before ordering; your statutory rights are unaffected.
