Marinated Tandoori Chicken Recipe
Serves 4
1. Mix together a 1/4 jar of Patak's Tandoori Spice Marinade and 70g natural yogurt.
2. Add 500g large diced chicken pieces to the paste and yogurt mixture.
Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours, or for best results, leave overnight to develop a fuller flavour.
3. Grill under a preheated hot grill for approximately 15 minutes turning occasionally until the chicken is completely cooked through.
Add big diced peppers and red onion with big chunks of diced fresh pineapple when marinating to make a fruity Tandoori chicken. Equally delicious with fish, lamb, prawns or paneer.
